My journey into massage started in 2002 in Poland, when I graduated in Massage Therapy Stages 1,2 and 3. 

 

Since then I have embarked on a variety of courses and training to supplement my knowledge of alternative therapies.

 

I have spent over 9 years practicing meditation and now I am also qualified to teach meditation techniques to others.

 

I also am qualified to teach various relaxation techniques to facilitate the cleaning of the subconscious and release emotions and tension.
